shop compressor wiring 230v

Its a 5hp 230v atlas compressor, it has only 2 wires coming from motor to the air pressure switch..( im assumming they are both my hots) my question is this; do i get my neutral from the ground screw on pressure switch?

its a dual voltage motor it is wired for 110. mine was the same way. i found it out in my manuel after wireing it up for 240. they come from the factory 11o. plug an extention cord into it from a 110 outlet.
