Setting up the hoses for 5000 PSI

I have a compressor regulated at 5000 psi for the use of filling a paintball tanks and not seem to get the hoses to regulate any pressure. Is there any way of setting a up a wiring diagram for a gas driven air compressor.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any idea what you mean by getting the "hoses to regulate any pressure".
