Setting up a new pneumatic system

I am currently working on a machine to fold boxes.
I have mounted a double acting air cylinder with flow controls to fold the trailing flap.I have a good air supply.
How do I trigger the air cylinder to extend when the box is in place?

How do I trigger the air cyliner to retract when the box is gone?

If possible I would like to do it all with air.

There are quite a number of ways to sequence your air circuit using an all-air system.
