sealey compressor 150lt 3hp starts then stops 5 to 10sec then blows fuse .drain old oil out.get new oil stand in hot water for 5min pour new oil in compressor.job done my compressor 10 weeks old had the same fault phoned sealey told me oil to thick in cold garage alan

Alan, the Sealey compressor is blowing the fuse because it is pulling too much power than the supply circuit can deliver.
One of those reasons is a too cold compressor, with thick, sluggish oil in the sump, adding load and the power necessary to start the compressor.
Yet, you say yours starts, and it runs for 5-10 seconds. That suggests to me that it could be the run capacitor that is at fault, assuming there has been no change in the electrical supply to the compressor, and that the operating ambient temperature is well above freezing.
