Sanborn Black Max centrifugal unloader

Bill
I am again asking about a Black Max 80 gal 2 stage pump that will not build past 100psi and continues to run.

After my post about about the air pressure coming out of crank case vent I may have misspoke.

From the illustrations I have the air is coming from the centrifugal unloader. Could the centrifugal unloader be the culprit? Thanks in advance.
Sheryle

Sheryle, if the air is bleeding out the unloader all the time the compressor is running, then yes, the unloader might be the culprit.

Yours is an electrically driven air compressor, yes?

Bill

Unloader valve

Thank you for the response. I am having a heck of a time finding a replacement valve. Appears I will have to order one on line. My NAPA auto parts store has some unloader but none match this one.
