Rings required for older Sears Air Compressor

by Steve

I have a old sears air compressor. It is a two cylinder, the tank is about 10 gallons. I need the rings for the piston. The ring measurements are: ID = 2.689, OD = 2.861, and thickness = .84. Does anyone know where I can buy parts for it at.

Regards

Steve

RINGS FOR COMPRESSOR
by: CJ06

what is the bore of your cylinders ? I would believe that it would be 2.75" . I have the same problem with my old sears compressor and the bore is 2.75" so i ordered a set of rings for a BRIGS & STRATTON engine that has the same bore , they will be here after the first of the year ! dont know the thickness so hopping they will work !
