Replacing flywheel on B600BPL60V compressor pump

by Richard Gerrell
(Cleveland, GA, U.S.)

How many ft. lbs. needed to secure flywheel to the pump. the compressor model no. is B600BPL60V, the pump is a 165 part no. 040-0430, and the flywheel part no. is 044-0064.

The unit will not build pressure so I ordered a new pump. Will trouble shoot before new pump arrives.

would like to obtain a hard copy of a manual for this unit.

Thanks

Richard Gerrell

According to the pump diagram, 150-250 inch pounds.

Google your model and go to a parts supplier - you'll find the diagrams I found (eventually) and you can order a manual for around $5.
