I've looked and looked at the photo you uploaded, and I'm darned if I can be sure of what you are referring too.

Replacing the cylinder is one logical option, though I suspect you are looking for a "fix" rather than a replacement.

Your post is live and I invite anyone who knows what a piston "blowhole" is to comment for Sanket.
