Regulator Leaks Air

I have a Sears Craftsman 919.165250 and the regulator is leaking air, I can adjust it a little, one way or the othe, and slow the leak but not stop it completely. I am wondering if it is repaiable or if I just need to buy a new one.

Hi Mike. Regulators shouldn't leak. They should bleed air to atmosphere when the downstream pressure exceeds the pressure setting on your regulator.

Check and make sure that the regulator is installed with the right air flow orientation.

If it is, and it leaks, get a new one.
