Reed valves and head gaskets for a Speedaire model 3z492

I'm looking to find out why my compressor takes so long to build up pressure. I'm thinkin reed valves and since gotta take the top of the head off to fix them I'll need gaskets. I have a Speedaire model 3z492 and theres a number tf120865 also. Please E-mail me with availability of these parts and a price.
