Hello, we are manufacturing air compressors from 1 h.p. to 10 h.p. what could be the possible reason of air compressor piston lifting oil and throughing it into the tank, which leads to decrease in the level of oil into the crank case. we use quality piston and rings. could you please show any picture of the right way to install the piston rings.

Hello jasraj singh. The typical reason for oil migrating from the oil sump to the tank is oil blowby of the piston seals.

Unless there is, in your compressors, another path for oil to get from the oil sump to the tank, the piston / cylinder seals are suspect.
