quincy - one relief valve is blowing off on one head

qt-15 one relief valve is blowing off on one head the head is much warmer then the one that is not blowing off any idea what is causing this?

Tom, just a semi-educated guess? Is it the second cylinder where the PRV pops? If so, look to the intake valve or high pressure valve failing on that cylinder.
