Quincy 350 just rebuilt and not building good pressure.

I am working on a Quincy 350 on a mobile service truck. It is powered by a Wisconsin engine. I have just went through the whole compressor(rings, gaskets, valve discs, springs, ect..)

The compressor sounds good, but builds pressure very slowly and it only builds 85-100 psi. and then continues to run but will not build any higher.

I can load/unload manually. I have rechecked the valve discs for debris and they look real clean. I took the unloaders off and ran it and it still had the same results, however, ther was very little air coming from the low pressure side and a high volume of air coming from the high pressure side where the unloader screws on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What was the condition of the gaskets?

Anyone else had experience with this type of Quincy air compressor?

Cheers,
