pumps up and blows it all out not out the prv out of the housing

put on new housing still blows out

Harry, what housing is the air blowing out of? Are you saying that the compressed air from the tank is blowing out of the pressure switch housing?

If that is your thought, visit the site map, and look at the page Pressure switch (Common Problems). Have a read of that please, to see if that helps.

Also, please post more details of your compressor as a comment here.
