You normally use the regulator on the discharge line to adjust the air pressure to your application.

If you are asking how you can increase the pressure setting on the pressure switch, read the page on Pressure Switches for more info. As always, I suggest you do not do this. Your compressor is designed to run properly at the factory settings and monkeying with them is asking for trouble.
