PRV Frequently operated.

we are using 3 stage compressor. we are replacing crank shaft connecting rod assembly and cooler. there after 2 nd stage cylinder PRV is frequently operated. we are dismantling all cylinders and reassembling again. that problem not solve? the 2 nd stage PRV rating is 10bar and 3 stage Prv rating is 17bar.

Tough to diagnose this one from afar, Pratheepan, though if it were me, I would be checking the intake cylinder valve in the line the PRV is attached to and blowing off.

Sometimes a subsequent intake valve get debris filled or fails, and air cannot flow into the next cylinder easily, creating a back pressure scenario.
