Pressure to 50+ won't reach more motor still runs - no leaks

have a Hot Rod twin tank air compressor 5 gallons 3 peak HP, pressure goes to a little over 50 then nothing more motor still runs normaly but no more persure when I turn off the switch no leaking air & holds pressure. Can you help? Thanks Johnny

Did you have a look at this page on why compressors won't build pressure?

I think you may find that you've got a valve or gasket leak and the air, instead of pumping into your tank and increased the pressure, is simply cycling.
