Pressure Tank Manufacturers Data Report

I am looking for a Manufacturers Data Report for an air receiver Ser# 1553308, the reason is I have to file an installation permit with the Sask gov. Can you help me out in this matter?

Somewhere on that receiver should be an ASME stamp or equivalent, attesting to the standards that pressure vessel adhere to. Here is ASME info.

That's the only think I can think of, save for contacting the compressor manufacturer and asking them how to acquire the report.
