pressure not building up properly

Minimum/ maximum cut-off pressure is 7.5bar/ 9.0bar respectively. the building up of pressure is 'intermittent' (sometimes it works fine, sometimes not).
Even if it has reach already the minimum cut-off pressure, the compressor will run but it will not build up pressure. the motor will keep on running, and after 4-6 mins, then it will slowly build pressure.
During the time that the motor is running (and not building pressure), the sound from the air intake (near the air filter) is unusual compared to normal operation that it builds air.
I have checked everything and there is no leakage at all. oil level is ok, i changed also the solenoid valve (electric coil), i changed all the filters.

Have you had a chance to read all of the questions and answers at the bottom of this page?
Based on those questions and comments,I'm going to take a stab at guessing that you've got a gasket problem, maybe intermittent though I can't be sure how that happens, and that air from the intake is bleeding through a gasket leak away from the piston and cylinder and getting back to atmosphere.
