powercraft 25litre compressor electric motor oiless

at first when switched on there were sparks and 13amp fuse just kept blowing .2 or 3 days later ,motor does not work just hums .and when disconected, im getting a mild shock when touching live and neutral pins on 13amp plug

Terry, stop plugging it in, and get someone to look at the compressor motor before you use it again. To me it sounds as if you have a short in the motor.
