Porter cable 150 PSI compressor won't shut off.

My type 5, 6 gallon compressor was tripping the pressure relief valve when it reached about 155 psi and the motor would keep running.

I just replaced the relief valve with an OEM relief valve and it is still doing the same thing.

Is there another part that I should've replaced instead. The rubber tube to the tank is very hot also.

Thank you
