I need to get the air supply tubing( pump to tank ) and the check valve . Where would I find these parts? Are they typically standard parts for air compressors? Any feedback is appreciated Thanks David

David, I don't know the size of the air line from the pump to the tank. As long as you replace the old with a similarly sized line, and as long as that line is capable of withstanding high heat, you'll be fine.

I vibration isn't an issue, consider soft copper tubing and flared fittings. The copper and flared fittings can handle the heat, no problem, as far as I'm concerned.

Ditto the tank check valve.

Assuming your compressor has an unloader valve, air will need to be plumbed to that. Typically that takes place where the pump line meets the tank. The fitting there contains a tee to send a line over to the unloader (copper works here too) and then the air flow goes into the tank through the tank check valve.

As long as you've got these functions covered, and the new parts fit the threads of the old ports, then you're good to go.

Cheers,

Bill
