Montgomery wards XER6418

Not a very popular machine, and pretty old, apparently.

You could probably make the plate and gasket, and find some substitute for the spring, but unless there's some special value to you, probably best to just get new one.

You can use the old tank, perhaps for extra air storage.

Montgomery Ward Heavy Duty Air Compressor, 1970s ???

I inherited an old Montgomery Ward air compressor, and i need to replace the missing air line between the pump and the tank. The pump will recieve a NPT fitting, but the the tank will not. The tank has a male 1/2" or 3/8" threaded fitting attached, but it is not NPT.... does anyone know what type of thread it might be?
