orifice diameter

Dear sir,

Good day to you.
I have some question of the diameter of orifice.
my airflow is 6 m3/min,but i need the pressure was 7 psi,so what is the size of the orifice?

John, I'm happy to post this in the hope that there is someone with greater theoretical skills about compressed air than I out there.

My PRESSURE DROP page has a chart with various sized holes and the flow through expected. Perhaps that will help?
