Scott, is this the tank check valve you need? You can get creative and cobble one together. Visit your plumbing store and ask for a one-way valve for water. Those usually work for air too. Then, use whatever tees you need to modify the plumbing to suit your installation.

And, your request for parts for your compressor is posted too, in case someone has some they can provide.
