Old speedaire model 1Z944b

I recently purchase an old speedaire model 1Z944b. On top of the cylinder heads there is a filter media that I need to replace. Can you tell what it is and where I can perhaps get it? Also, is there a manual available for this compressor? Thanks..

The best folks to ask for that info is the Speedaire techs.

Go to the Nav bar, click on the Speedaire link, and follow the guides to find your closest Grainger / Speedaire location. Check with them. They should be able to help you out.
