oil found in exhaust air line

Hello, what i should have to check for my screw compressor if get oil mixed water when i drain the air receiver?

and also i add some oil to the oil tank but after working my compressor for 1 hour i lost all the oil from the tank, so i need advice

Oil is coming in exhaust air line after change new separator , mpv kit and oil filter.

Note- During change separator. we have added rot0 xtend oil 1.5 litre.

Then run approx 10 hrs still oil is coming in exhaust line

request to guide me what should do.

Hi, the main reason for oil to be getting into your receiver is through the separator element. Easily rectified by replacing the separator element/cartridge (depending on which screw compressor you have)

So just get it serviced (a full service) the separator comes with the kit.

This will explain the oil loss, unless of course you are checking the oil level when it is running, always check the oil when switched off for at least 5-10 minutes
