oil coming back out from the dipstick

when i put new oil in my air compressor then i turn it on the oil come back out from the dipstick

Chris, if this is a new symptom, and it did not occur before you changed the oil, I suspect you have over filled the sump. Drain the oil back down to a normal fill level.

If it has happened before you changed the oil, to me that means a blocked oil fill cap vent, and / or failing piston seals.

how to check my air compressor

How much oil should I put in my air compressor and how will I checked my oil vent system and how will I check and see if I need new seals

Oil level: Your compressor fill cap should have a dipstick, or there should be a sight glass to see the oil level in the sump.

The oil fill cap should be vented, therefore, you should be able to blow through it a bit. Yuck, I know!

If your oil level is good, your oil fill cap vent is open, then you likely need new piston seals. That means, unfortunately, a pump tear down.
