Hi Allan. Be aware that you may run afoul of any warranty if you don't use the Jun Air oil.

"SJ-27 oil
The unique synthetic SJ-27 oil
designed especially for JUN-AIR
optimises the lubrication of the oil-
lubricated JUN-AIR compressors.
Furthermore, the internal motor
part is mounted in a closed motor
house, reducing the noise level
even further. Due to the design of
the motor, the oil is also used for
cooling the motor."

The oil is added via the nut on top of the motor. The sump drain valve is at the bottom of the oil sump, but I cannot see the location. It will be at the bottom of the pump, not attached to or part of the tank.

Let Jun Air earn their money, and fire them off an email for details. Unfortunately, their on-line manual isn't much help as it pertains to this question. Go here: www.jun-air.com and follow the contact link.

Cheers,

Bill
