Oil change intervals

I have a 7.5 HP , 750 lit & 2900 r/min air compressor. what's the period of oil changing and air drier changing if it needs to change?

It seems axiomatic that you would change the charge in your air drier when the air exiting the drier is no longer dry enough for your application.
