No Pressure

I have a Kobalt 26gallon air compressor model VLK1582609A.

The belt broke and I had to replace the belt and the manifold with the gauges. I put it all back together and it won't build any pressure. It just runs. What is wrong?
It will not build enough pressure to shut-off and will not build enough pressure to run air tools.

Hello Jim, and thanks very much both for visiting and for writing in.

Did you have the chance to look at the existing questions and replies at the bottom of this page?

f so, perhaps you could tell me what steps you've taken of those shown to try to identify what's causing your compressor problem?

If you haven't, could you do so, and let me know what isn't working so we can zero in on the problem?

I'm interested too in what you replaced in the "manifold with gauges"? Changing the belt, assuming it was the same size as the old one, shouldn't be causing any problem. The manifold though, why did you have to change that?

Cheers,

Bill
