New Porter Cable pancake compressor regulator

Tank pressure builds to 150 and holds. Regulator knob has no effect and no air comes out.

The pressure in the tank reaches 150 PSI and compressor shuts off, or it continues running and won't get past that pressure setting.

What is the reading on your regulator gauge? If it's zero, your regulator is shut off. If turning the knob doesn't produce results, try pushing up or down on the knob to see if it interfaces with the internals to allow you to turn it and adjust the pressure setting.
