Need help related to the air dryer

At my site has 2 air dryers "heat reactivated blower purge air dryer" operating parallel with:

Model: PBZ 4750, Dew-point: -40C, capacity: 4750 SCFM, operating press: 125 PSIG, desiccant.Brand: Pneumatech (Atlas copco)

The air dryer got issue related control valve of vessel #2 (right tower). during regeneration period of vessel #2, pressure was zero but suddenly the control valve opened and compressed air entered into the regenerated vessel and released to atmosphere. this led to system pressure fell down.
after investigated we detected the solenoid and actuator of control valve was intermittent, we then renewed. so far the air dryer is back to normal operation.

Hence we need to improve the air dryer, we intend to install one check valve at discharge of air dryer to prevent the back flow from the plant when lost compressed air pressure inside the air dryer.

so pls help to advise whether having any risk or gap if we install this check valve.
Appreciated with your advice.

Thanks,
Dzung

I don't see a problem with your plan, so long as the valve is big enough to handle the flow into the plant.
