My Cotech compressor does not build pressure.

It sounds like its running fine, but the pressure does not build. And I can feel air flowing from some where (might be a cooling fan (not really sure if it has one)).

I added a photo of the compressor.

I will try to open it, but at this moment I do not have the tools for it.

open the case and inspect the thing,
