my compressor will turn on but it dont let out air

i have a truck with air bags.. but the compressors stoped working. they will turn on but the tank wont hold pressure i have token off the hose that contect from the compressor to my tank but i still dont feel air i have looked for leaks but i cant find none i also took off the filter on it but still nothing.. if you would happen to know what could be my problem please get back to me
