I have Small Rotary Screw Air Compressors model up5 15-7 20 Hp 4 Pole 400vac 3 phase but our power source reading is 350 v to 370 vac so the motor couldn't start .

So how can I fix it any options?

power

You might have to go to the power company for a proper transformer (or possibly a modification of the one there) for your unit, or a new motor, or a whole new unit designed for the power you have.

You might even be able to get a transformer to boost the voltage, but that would likely be prohibitively expensive.

This is an engineering issue that should have been addressed before purchase.

Sorry.
