Model # 47065 Central Pneumatic air compressor ~ excess air pressure in the crank case

I'm getting excess air pressure in the crank case, to where the oil plug will shoot across my garage. Pretty sure I need a piston ring set. Haven't had any luck finding parts for this thing. Any ideas out there?

Is the crankcase fill plug vent blocked? Open it up, if it is.
