MCKESSON 581 WON'T RUN - sitting idle over a year

It will not run.

It's been sitting idle over a year.

When transporting it I cracked the plastic case of what I believe to be the pressure control

housing, this is the exterior case, not what appears to be the solenoid

Also, the last time I used it, it tipped over and some ( 1 or 2 ozs.) oil leaked

Now, turn it on and nothing happens.

I would like some ideas on how to troubleshoot the problem.

Hello John, and sure, here are some ideas.

Wander over to the Compressor Issues button on the navigation bar, then click Compressor Troubleshooting and look for the link that says Will Not Start. There are plenty of tips there.

When you have checked the things referred to on that page, if you still have compressor issues, post here and let me know what you tried, will you?
