Line to the pressure switch keeps blowing off

I have a charge air pro 5hp / 20 gallons. The little rubber hose going from the metal air inlet line to the pressure switch keeps blowing off at 80lbs of pressure. The compressor just keeps running blow air out. What do I need to change to make it stop?

Return line to pressure switch keeps blowing off

Cutting 1/2" off the end worked. It went straight to 120psi them shut off. Thanks.

I suspect that the existing line is heat-hardened and as such, cannot maintain the connection.

I think on this compressor the air line runs into the bottom of the pressure switch?

If so, cut about 1/2" off the air line where it enters the switch after the next time it blows out. See if that solves the problem.

If not, replace this line.
