LGM 125 unloader valve on 10HP DeVilbiss compressor.

I re-installed the original LGM125 unloader on my 10 HP Devilries compressor. It operated properly after the compressor limit switch turned the compressor off and the compressor started up agin when the pressure dropped to the lower limit, however it quickly bogged down and I had to open the breaker to the contractor. Evidently the valves are not working properly even though all looked fine when I had disassembled it prior to installation. Air was released to the vent properly and the flywheel turned freely , but after the aborted re-start the back pressure was there preventing the flywheel from rotating. Any ideas? Also how are the oil;to valves adjusted?

Thanx, Bill

95 - 115 cut in - cut out.

You have a separate pressure switch controlling the motor?

It should already be running at cut-in...
