Kaeser Dental Compressor 5T shutting down

Dear Sir,

I have a Kaeser Dental Compressor 5T which supplies oil free air to one of my analytical laboratory instruments.

The problem we have concerns the compressor shutting down after about 2 hours operation when the ambient temperature is around 30 degrees C, at lower temperatures less than 20 degrees this does not happen.

We also have a Kaeser silencer hood of which we cannot use as the hood increases the temperature around the compressor when inside the hood.

Please can you help me to solve this .

Regards and all the best

Been doing the required maintenance?

Sounds like it's just working too hard.

Assuming it was up to the task before, then if it's not just a filter or seal or something (likely), then maybe it's just shot - as in worn out.
