Is Atlas Copco XAS 375 JD6 equipped to contain any oil or fuel leakage?

Relative to Atlas Copco XAS 375 JD6 compressor, is the unit equipped to contain any oil or fuel leakage and not let it spill to the ground?

I work as the environmental compliance person at a power plant in Arkansas. Typically for portable engines we place these engines within temporary containments to catch any oil or fuel that may leak from the engine. This containment is needed to prevent leakage from flowing to a nearby lake.

However, some engines are equipped with containments integral to the unit and no temporary containment is needed.

What is the containment set-up with the Atlas Copco XAS 375 JD6 unit? Is it designed to contain any oil or fuel leakage from the unit?

Please reply and thanks for your help

Good question. I've never seen it mentioned in the specs, and am not sure how much "containment" is required.

The base can probably hold some leakage, but perhaps not to your standards.

I suggest you contact AC directly. There may be an option...
