IR XP 185 oil in air about one min after startup

Xp 185 starts pushing oil out which the air a min after startup, a lot of oil , it seems like the air comes out nice and clean but min after it's loaded with oil

Oil in the air is the first sign of a worn out or ruptured separator element.

If not, the oil level may be too high, the scavenge line may be blocked, it may be running too hot, or the minimum pressure valve may not be working properly.

IR XP 185 oil in air

Being one of those v-8 or v-6 things, I'd guess a blown head gasket on the air side. Not sure what oil's up there for, though.
