IR 375wd. Builds pressure but nothing at outlet

Got a older IR p375wd duitz diesel 3 cylinder diesel compressor

Got her up and running after not using for a few months. Starts absolutely fine, however it's producing pressure okay on the condenser and in the pipe towards the 3 outlets at the front.

However it isn't allowing air out of the outlets at all. Is there a release valve or diaphragm in the 90 degree bend from the compressor pipe to the outlets ( 3 outlets in a row )

Any ideas on what to check for. Soon as it's turned off it releases the pressure straight away.

Is there a set amount of time before pressure is released to the outlets

Apologies for the novice info
