IR 175 Truck Mounted Air Compressor will not produce air

by JT

I maintain a fleet of trucks and on one of them has an IR 175 generator air compressor unit which recently stopped producing air pressure.

I know very little about these machines so any and all help is appreciated.

As far as i can tell all the switches are functioning properly. The generator works just fine but there is zero air being produced. The main air line coming off the screws is without pressure as im still able to squeeze it by hand when it should be hard as a rock with air pressure.

So my problem lies pre oil separator.

The only thing i can see on the internet being a common problem is the intake valve which is sometimes faulty. If that valve had failed altogether would it be preventing air from entering the screws? Or should i be looking at what drives the screws?
