I have a powerkraft 24Ltr tank 2HP model JD-2025B(F)

This unit has been set to 115psi by factory
my nailer needs 120psi max for the larger nails

So you've probably guess the question by now?

Increasing the PSI
by: Bill

Depends how you define safely, Brian?

Will a 5 PSI increase in system pressure blow up your compressor? Probably not.

Will a 5 PSI in system pressure cause problems for the pump. Probably.

However, you do what you must.

I cannot find any images of this compressor, or any other information for that matter, so I don't know what type of pressure switch it has.

Please upload images (start a new thread and cross reference to this one ) of the compressor and the pressure switch.

Have a look at the pressure switch pages on this site for some help too, if yours is like the ones referred to here.
