I'm trying to find the sizes of metric fittings to connect to check valve

To make a long story short, the two compression nuts that connect the copper tube that runs to the check valve on the model 40400 are cracked.

I need to find the metric size of the nuts and one size smaller for the new check valve I purchased has a different thread size. I also need the wedding bands too or "sleeves." Driving me crazy!

Else, replace the whole line. You can get soft copper tubing and fittings from a good plumbing wholesaler. If buying raw tube you will need a bender for it. They'll be able to help you with the compression fittings too.
