I would like to replace this valve...

I have a Tool Shop 207-2117 Air Compressor and a valve blew out. This valve is mounted on the tank and has a tube going to the regulator and 1/2" copper tube going somewhare under the motor. I would like to replace this valve, but and not able to find one.

Dennis, thanks for the photo. It sure looks like the check valve, but I cannot be 100% sure, as I am not looking at the compressor where this part was mounted.

Nor have I been able to locate the manufacturer or any on-line info about the Tool Shop air compressor product line.

I suggest you visit your compressor store and have a look at the compressors on display.

I suspect what you need is a check valve, and though you may not be able to get one that is identical, you should be able to get one that plumbs into your tank, and has the lines from the pump to this valve, and the line over to the pressure switch / unloader valve.

Cheers,

Bill
