I would like to know how to calculat a minor diamater at top and bottom of a 1/4" NPT thread?

We Have a fitting that we make that we were unable to use a tap on so we had to turn threads but we could not figure ou a minor diamater to turn I.D. to.

Jeff, it were me, I'd get a 1/4 NPT male fitting and measure it.
