I just bought a PAR compressor and Im not sure where to put the oil in

On this PAR 5 hp compressor pump, there is an oil drain tube at the bottom of the pump to drain oil and right beside that is a small tube with a brass screw on cap that when you take it off you can see oil.

But it is at the same level as the drain tube. Up above those on top of the pump at the bottom of the cylinders is a round gismo with 2 copper lines coming off it that run to each air filter and the top comes off with 2 screws. When you look down in it ,it has a mesh filter screen in it that comes out and it looks like I can see straight down to the oil. Also , how much oil does it hold? Thanks Dan

Dan, I have no info on PAR compressors so far. Where did you purchase it from, please? I cannot find a vendor, and I cannot locate info.

As to where you put the oil, if you could start another thread, and include some close-up digital photos of the various items you discuss, it would make it a lot easier for me to try and help.

Also, if anyone else out there has a PAR air compressor, can you give Dan some advice?

Thanks and cheers,

Bill
